Joe Spacer 2!  He's back, but this time gunning for those aliens.

Made the following changes:

1. Added new physics to allow sliding down steep slopes rather than infinitely climb
2. Added a dash button by hitting shift
3. Added a hybrid indoor/outdoor level before the boss

Dev Notes:

The slide functionality is not perfect, but I wanted to prevent the player from just jumping out of bounds with the existing physics.
